Magnetic Coolant Separator mainly consists of magnetic drum, rubber drum , Scraper blade,stainless tank which can continuously removes ferrous contaminations from the coolant flow . It is ideal for production runs of ferrous material on cutting and grinding machine tools with water-based coolants or straight cutting oils to extends the life cycle of machine tools and the coolant and provides increased productivity with less downtime for machine coolant replacement.
